Jungle-rific Feb 5, 2004
Our schedules have been busy lately, but we managed to compete at a Central Florida Region SCCA Solo II several weekends ago. We had a blast in our Ro-Spit, except we had some issues with missing at higher RPM. Despite short-shifting to third (and about 50% hp than normal), we turned some decent times.
Our new graphics that we had done for the PRI Show look great…very jungle-rific.
Our Project Ro-Spit is now finished and won its class (EM) at our last local event, despite a high rpm miss that was linked to air cleaner problems. We plan to continue to run the car for a while and then will probably sell or trade it to finance our next project car.
