This was my daily from Sept '07 to Jun '08. Runs great but has a couple issues. I was the third owner. Originally owned by the state of PA.

The less serious problem is the check engine light. Its on. the problem is that the OBDII plug is unresponsive, so i can't discover the cause. My wild ass guess would be an O2 sensor since one was replaced but the other wasn't.

The serious problem is rust. Save for a few bubbles in the wheel arches and the trunk floor and some surface rust on some suspension pieces, the car is generally not rusty. BUT, the spot on the frame that sits under the A/C condenser is rusted out. Its about a fist-sized hole, see pix.

If you can fix the frame, chop the mufflers off and throw some nitrous and decent tires at it, i think you'd have a pretty fun challenge car. Or use the drivetrain in something else.

ANd now for the horror show: Photobucket

To get your bearings, that's the lower control arm mount in the center-left area of the picture and the exhaust at the top-left.

To see that the rest of the underside is rust-free: Photobucket

the wheel arches are showing some bubbles and cracks:

Wait a while, the 3/4 tank of gas may be worth that.
