No way to edit title of the earlier posting and I have to wonder if very many are seeing the reduced price.
So reposting as I want to recoup what I have into it ASAP for other projects.
Lots of pics at the first posting.

Big price drop.

OKAY, $650.

The bonnet alone is worth that.

How long could you hold it?

Weather gets bad here around January. Should be decent up to November.
I have lots of space, just to to move it out of sight since I am about to get new neighbors.

Man that is so tempting looking. I even have a 5.3 LS sitting in the garage to cram in it eventually.

January is next year. ;)
Years might be fine, but will I live that long?

Let me think.  The biggest issue is when I could get out there.  It's a little outside my normal range.  1000 miles no problem but you're more like 2600 miles.

Need to bring a big enough trailer to take the TR6 too.
Seems nearly everyone on this forum is back East in the rust-belt.

Last guy to make the trip combined it with his yearly vacation.

Pretty sure I could fit both with a couple of feet to spare.

EDIT - did the math and I could fit both.  Not sure about the couple of feet to spare.

I'm going to Vegas in February...

Fly and rent U-Haul?

U-Haul rates have gone up.
But one-way might still make sense.

I've sold some of this stuff to as far away as Wisconsin, Colorado, Hermossilo Mexico, and Thailand.

Make a heck of a deal if you take everything I no longer need.
Want to clear space, I suppose the fiberglass nose can be sold too.

I'm going to pass.  By the time I pay for gas and hotels I'm way past what a parts car should cost me.

Bugeye makes fine yard-art for now.
It will eventually sell, or get a Buick V6 installed.
TR6 engine is able to be run from a can, so goes back into storage so that I may work on projects I am keeping.
Most of the remaining Spridgets and a lot of loose parts are probably headed to scrap, I do not want them here by winter.
I do have one more Sprite shell I can easily get a title for.

Even my C30 and trailer are going to be sold.

If you want to cut off the rear 6 inches of a hood before scrapping I'd be interested.

Bugeye?  Since the hoods interchange I just assumed the back part was the same.

Mark me down as still interested and figuring logistics. I like it with the steel bug eye front over the fiberglass. In the other thread you mentioned having a potential project for that.

I have a hankering to put the 'Glass nose on the Mk. II shell I have.
Or maybe a Locost type chassis and fabricated body?
Sold all my extra 1275 engines so thinking of the 1.0 Geo engine and Sammy box I have.
Should be good for 50 MPG and more than stock power so lots of fun.

But I am really trying to thin the herd and get onto finishing the projects I already have a lot of time and $$$ into.
Arthritis is doing a number on my shoulders so I am feeling time pressure.

About to box up the Lotus head to be sent for rebuild and mild porting.

Update time.

Bugeye steel nose and side screens have been sold.

So now it's the Bugeye shell and fiberglass nose for $500

If that were on this side of the Mississippi River, I'd be all about it.  Perfect starting point for a build modeled after this:

Glad you sold some stuff, that steel nose was what I loved about the sprite bummer for me.

Someone was looking for the 'Glass nose, how about an offer?

Yep, great start on a Schlock-Rod since it already has a modified US (GM?) rear axle in it.
Drop out center type. So a V8 or Turbo will not kill it. This HAS to be Challenge material!

I have to raise $2,500 to pay for the Morris Minor Pick-Up that is to be my LAST purchase.
I really mean it, I am going to sell the C30 to enforce my ban on getting more projects, and to cover the cost of getting the Morris on the road.

Also sorting some more parts.

Steel nose is rescuing a local car that was Very rusty.

Crazy thoughts.  The C30 run?  Long bed?  Think it would make it to FL with a bunch of other stuff you have laying around in the bed?
