How about this one?  Stirling Moss at Laguna Seca, 1961.  Note the "roll hoop" and cheesy helmet.   He apparently did not believe in roll hoops, helmets or seatbelts.  Hoop and helmet were so they would shut up and leave him alone.  Seatbelt probably not even in the car.

I could be wrong, but I doubt it is an American V6. I believe Westfield BMC all the way.

Stock GM 3800 and 5-speed out of a 2002 Camaro. 225 torque. 1600 pounds. I have 29,000 miles on it now. A lot of it on The Dragon. (The "highest point" on it, excluding the fin, 33 inches :) )
