I remember reading about this thing long long ago.
Guy has a Cosworth engine in it, everything is painted and designed to hide the fact that it is performance based. The "wood" wheels are actually CNC aluminum to look like wood to handle the HP. He even has a switch he can throw that makes it sputter and cough like a real Model A
