Anything that directs air is a diffuser? I'm with you, the end piece at the back is "the" diffuser, but I guess these would be deflectors or something? I dunno, I'm no aerodynamicist, but Porsche thinks they work and they are cheap, so why not?
Had to look in on this thread - the words 'bargain parts" and Porsche are so rarely linked together!
Bought another set for our endurance race '62 plymouth valiant.
They look perfectly at home on my 1964 dart .. attaching them to the front sway bar was effortless.
We're using c5 vette brake ducks on our new civic endurance car,nicely flattened section for tire clearence.
Gutted the headlights and installing the inlets thru the lights.
I was a little disappointed. Apparently one side was sold out but the other side was still in stock. FCP Euro just sent me one air deflector...

In reply to Error404 :for mk 7 VW you can get Audi ducts that zip to control arms. A little dremel trimming and you're all set.

Seriously, though, as someone who’s regularly buying Porsche parts, the prices can be amazing–because, to be honest, they can be all over the place. I’m about to order a clutch. Depending on the vendor, prices range from about $545 to $900+. Same manufacturer, same part number.
