No, we're not talking about JG. Our Smoky Mountain Tour has a new logo, and we can't figure out what to name its mascot.

I vote Bennett. Bennett the bear.

Buford, after Buford T. Justice, the greatest Bear of them all.

Edit: And holy cow that looks like a lot of fun! Gonna put that one on the to-do list.

How about something related to classic cars?

Like Lucas? Morris? Lee? Carrol?

Goldilocks?

Smokey is taken, I would look at something named for Smokey attractions; Chimney Top?

Go with Gatlinburg, Appy? (for Appalachian)

And how do we know that's not JG? Far as I can tell, that bear could be wearing cargo shorts and Crocs.

Honestly, I kinda like Bennett. While it's not making reference to the tour or anything, Bennett the Bear just has a good mascot ring to it.

If you guys are in-fighting on whether it's a boy or girl, then just name it Pat.

Hmmm. Berkeley the Bear. Gotta admit it has a nice ring to it. Hope nobody takes the name literally, though.

I see Chubb is a sponsor. Would it be bad form to name him Chubby the Bear?

I vote "Clif". Clif is the name of the driver for the rented Dusenberg ride we had this past Saturday. It just seemed very appropriate.
