What color is this?

So at the local European car show there was this MGB with that was painted a supposedly rare stock color. Does anyone know what the color is? I quite liked it but I have no idea what it is called.

Hmm after some googleing. It looks like Mirage Gray.

I'm voting for Mirage as well.

Doesn't look like it is a metallic color to me.

Yeah think I was wrong the pewter metallic is more silver/dark gray looking.

Would it be terrible to paint a Triumph an MG color?

Yes it appears to be Mirage. My GT is mirage, a cloudy day will bring out the blue/violet notes, and clear sunny it looks more white. This was a one year only color, I want to say '73, but many others have since been painted this color, of course, mine included.

I wouldn't think twice about it. But then I've never been a stickler for marque specific paints. If I get that Supra I've been lusting after it's getting painted Porsche Arena Red Metallic.
