Whether or not the concept actually made it to production, what are some of your favorite designs from years past?
The V10 (I think) Shelby Cobra that Shelby did when he came back to Ford in the early 2000s
1954 Buick Wildcat II. So much cooler than the first Corvette and it had a Nailhead V8.

I saw the Kia Stinger GT4 in the flesh, and it looked terrific.
The C111 with it's 230hp 3.0L 5cyl diesel.
If Caddi had made it I would own one, full stop.

More recently, the FT1 was pretty spectacular, until it became a BMW...
Buick Avista would have been built on the Alpha platform... imagine SS 1LE performance looking like this:
This one, but more personal than it being a cool car.
This was one of the early projects I worked on, and the engine went into a DB7, which was a very fun project.
Wayne Carini's 1961 Corvair Futura/Waimea has lived in my head rent-free ever since I saw it at Amelia Island this year, mostly because of that bright green interior. Big heart eyes emoji.
I'm also biased towards the 1983 Toyota SV-3 Concept that led to the MR2. Look at that ambitious instrument panel.

I liked the look of the GT90 more, but one of the two Indigos drove for real. And while the GT90 motor was pretty much a one off (there were two that I know of), the Indigo motor was the same motor going into the Aston Martin- so there were some more real elements in the Indigo.
And the Indigo was a pretty darned fun car to drive. And I worked on the Indigo.
Since no one's brought up the Miata yet but, to be honest, I think the production version looks better.
