I realize they aren't exciting choices, but I would be interested in a Ford Cortina GT (MK I or MK II) or even a RWD Ford Escort.  The Escort wouldn't need to be anything special, though a model with full factory instrumentation would be nice.  Then there are the Sierras...especially a wagon.

You can keep the more "exotic" sedans like Jaguars and Rovers.
