I have fond memories of reading Dirt Rag. I've attended Dirt Fest in PA a couple of times. I've met a few of their contributors over the years. I sold a bike frame to one of them.
A sad day for mountain biking in general and for the Mid-Atlantic community in particular.
That sucks. I would pick up an issue every couple of years and always enjoyed it.
That was my go to mtb mag in my youth. Rip.
That's a shame. A friend of mine was the webmaster for Speedgoat Cycles (east of PIttsburgh, the Dirt Rag HQ) way back when and said Maurice was a cool guy.
Back in the day, we relied on Dirt Rag to figure out when/where the races were.
Saw this come through this morning. I love to get that in the mail every few months and am really going to miss it. Down to just one magazine now...
