A Tool heads up thread

No idea if there's a thread like this already but I figure one place for sharing stuff you find that other people would appreciate knowing about.

This was what inspired it:

140 bucks, runs off cord or battery, high setting is 2400 cfm. I know a bunch of you have ryobi yard stuff or tools, and their small 18v fan is a freaking godsend when you need a small portable fan.

This is one of those times where I see it and know I'm going to buy it.

How often do you write about canoes?

I think "air cannon" is a bit of an overstatement.

I was expecting something that can shoot an orange 1/4 mile.

Now I have some other stuff to pick up at home depot when I get the fan. If the police ask how the oranges got where they did you know nothing.

I have to admit, there are times when a battery powered floor fan would be nice to have... 

Heads up: Tool has announced that the new album is coming out on 30 August 2019.

Saw a tool a race team made. The class they run in endurance racing requires 5 lug wheels so they can't use the centerlock wheels which would save a lot of time during pit stops. I'm not sure I could call a battery-powered fan a "tool."  An indulgence maybe, but not a tool.
