edit: so stupid rare in the US, 2000 were imported and you pretty well never see one for sale. I sold mine on because I saw a new shiny something else. No estates were imported.

We see that a lot.  Half cups of coffee so old they are fuzzy, too.

Wheel lock key is at the bottom.

Not only did someone upsell wheel locks on a base steel wheel/hubcaps Civic, the wheel lock key is nowhere to be found.  Probably got thrown out because who knows what that is? (Owner's manual is gone too)

So now I get to do a starter without pulling the wheel off.  Because when Honda started making Earth Dreams K-series, they also started using garbage starters that fail just outside of warranty.

You should fix that problem now in the shop instead on the side of the road at night in the rain.

Grind a hex on that thing, hammer a cheap socket over it and remove it. Or try a pipe wrench first and then grind it, if that fails. A locking lug on a steel wheel is completely exposed and they aren't hard to remove.
