I need a pair of air pliers for work that are basically shaped like some needle nose. Basically all the air pliers I can find are either cutters or have way bigger jaws then I can use. I am hoping someone in the GRM mind hive knows of a supplier or something where I could get a couple.

air pliers?
Yeah something like this but not for cutting. I need something that can be used in our factory to produce millions of things and the current ones we have are too big
Could you modify the jaws on a pair of air cutters/ diagonals?
Yes, it's not uncommon to have custom tools made when that tool can make a company money by saving time and/or improving quality. You'll likely need a few of them made so when you find out how fast they wear out, you'll have a replacement on hand while you can come up with a maintenance/replacement schedule.

That is what I have been suggesting to the manufacturing engineer but they are saying it will crack. Which makes me wonder how much pressure they are using to crimp a ground wire in sheet metal...
I swear it is just laziness on that end...
It sounds like what you're looking for miniature pneumatic grippers. They come in a range of capabilities and some allow you to use custom jaws.

Based on this post it sounds like you're looking for a pneumatic crimper.
