Named the Big Ring, the gigantic spiral of galaxies and galaxy clusters is 1.3 billion light-years wide and has a circumference of 4 billion light-years, making it one of the largest objects ever seen.

Fun Fact:  In terms of orders of magnitude, the size of a human being falls neatly in between the Planck constant for distance (smallest thing we can possibly observe) and the size of the visible universe (biggest thing we can possibly observe).

Only a few weeks before the greatest Full Solar Eclipse since 2017 and not before everybody will be 20 years older in 2044. Get out there and watch. I have witnessed 2 and am satisfied enough for the rest of my lifetime. smiley
