Florida dealer plate. No big deal but for the fact that it is in Oregon.

Gotta be a logical, non-criminal explanation, but I can't imagine what it is.

I lost a puck in the net my last game. Took me a solid 45 seconds to find it.

In reply to mtn :

The officials couldn't find it after about 30 seconds of looking, although neither one went behind the net when looking for the puck. This was the second goal of the game and the first goal also ended up with the puck stuck behind the same post, just lower.

It took 2 more faceoffs/whistles before I finally gave up trying to get their attention through the glass and opened the door to tell him where it was during a break in play.

So this was on the sidewalk in front of our hotel in downtown Newport Sunday evening. The handler also had this poor tortoise at the Concours on Sunday afternoon crawling around the feet of folks trying to see who the Concours winners were. Major distraction. That's pretty much animal abuse as far as I'm concerned. He's not watching out for the animal, he wants personal recognition.

Pretty decent aurora here tonight in MA.  Not bad for a cell phone, half moon and the light pollution typical of a town 30 odd miles outside of Boston.

We dragged the kids out of bed to see it in CT. First time seeing the Northern lights for all of us. It was wild for about 30 minutes then petered out. It's more vivid in the pics, but almost looked like a second sunset to the north to the naked eye.

This caused me a few minutes of concern.  2017 3.6 Outback.  First glance, coolant seep from a parting line.  Second, holy E36 M3, that's a casting line, so the block is leaking.  Third, wire brush a bit, and poke with a screwdriver.  Tip goes through the block and a few drops of thick green liquid comes out.  Ahh!  What sort of JB weld do I need to plug the... water pump seep hole.

Never mind.
