I was hanging out with my dad in the country, using his computer and god was it slow. Speed test turns up 2.06 Mbps download and .4 upload. This is with AT&T. I just think that their equipment is a long ways away. Dad has money. From what you guys are saying, it sounds like Elon's service is the way to go.

Have a look at what the lead times for ordering it are, though. Not to mention that I keep reading and hearing that the delivery schedules seem to like to slip regularly, too.
