In Ohio those are self paid for so you could actually just have whatever you wanted made.
Couldn't get my phone out fast enough at a 4 way stop. 1980s mini van with a bashed in rear door had this on the back window. I found my phone just as 2 people flicked cigarettes into the tall grass and roared off.
