In the meantime we had the kids over for dinner (and Charlie the Beagle). Jason has a stressful job so he had a couple Black & Tans and a couple glasses of wine to unwind. Annie made dinner and everybody was happy. Mission accomplished.

Reinventing the Steel has been pretty constant for a week or so now. I remember being at school the morning when news of dime broke, being aware of who he was but having never listened to Pantera, and a couple of my more hardcore buddies were pretty upset. I'll maintain that nobody before or since has put so much "kiss my ass" attitude into the guitar.
The funny thing is, the first video was just released today. The second video was paid homage to by something I youtube-holed to after posting Beverly Hillbillies in the Meme thread.
