This would bold right into a 2001 X5 correct? With an oil pan swap of course.
Maybe swapping this for the broken M54B30 would be easier and cost less that repairing the head on mine.

B25 = 2.5

dang seems like a great deal. am i seeing an iX style oil pan on there with the driveshaft pass through or is that just something behind it in the photo?
It's from an ix and still wears that oil pan. There's a auto and six speed transmission behind... both of which need to find a new home as well. Nib lightweight flywheel and nib clutch ... all of the bits to swap auto-manual for an e46
Was this running fine before getting pulled, ever get hot etc?
