At least 3 controllers (older crystal style of course) and a couple of ESC's, also analog speed controllers, tons of spares etc.
NiMH batteries and chargers.
Intact bodies for everything, i'm pretty sure.
Motors for everything (all the vehicles can run with the parts on hand, except the nitro truck that has sat for 10 years is gonna need some TLC) plus extra motors, some pretty decent brushed ones iirc, again all 2000's era stuff.
Basically i quit wanting to tinker and maintain because i have no time these days, and went and bought a Slash Ultimate. Just keeping my original Rustler and a controller/ESC to run that, the rest all needs to go.
I'm in 19539, meeting halfway might be feasible.
