I put this together a little over a year ago, but finally came to the realization that every minute I spend gaming is a minute I didn't spend in the garage. It's time to clear up some desk space (and some budget) and sell my PC. One problem: I have no idea what it's worth, though I do know a friend who flips graphics cards insists the 1650 Super in this has tripled in value since I bought it. What a strange world....

This isn't the fastest, newest PC on the market, but it has no problem playing modern games on moderate settings. Would be a perfect starter gaming PC/single-monitor iRacing rig.

Can anybody give me a ballpark range of what this is worth?

Specs:

HP Compaq Elite 8300 Convertible Microtower
Windows 10 Pro
750 GB Samsung SSD
3TB WD Red HDD
16GB Ram
GeForce GTX 1650 Super
3.4 ghz Intel Core i7-3770
Wifi and Bluetooth

My guess - probably about $200 more than the graphics card is worth on its own.

It does look like the graphics card would fetch over $300 on ebay. This one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/313818324649?epid=10036087286&hash=item4911079ea9:g:YpcAAOSwaJBhxTTQ sold for $326 + $24 shipping, so $350 total.

I'm tempted to offer something for it just to let the tired old GTX860M in my laptop take a rest.

Aaaaand sold. Five minutes after posting the card on eBay for $350, it sold for full price. Insane.

I found a decent deal (800$ CAD) for a decent gaming pc. My favourite game is ts3. But i’m just wondering if you guys who have gaming pc’s think its worth it.

I’ve always wanted a gaming PC but 800$ is  omeglea lot to drop for me, so it has to be really worth it. The only reason i’m hesitant is because sims is definitely the kind of game where you just completely forget it exists for 2 months and play it for 1 week straight day and night.

Since I’m currently on a sims high right now and I’ve been laid off and have tons of time before school starts I’m really wanting to. But is it a good decision?

Edit: some specs: Acer Nitro 50 Gaming PC (Intel Ci5-10400F/1TB HDD/8GB RAM/Windows 10/NVIDIA GTX 1650
