My shop has been considering a plasma table, something small in the 2x4 or 4x4 size, and it's hard to find anything but marketing hype on them. Anybody have one or have experience with them, and have any recommendations on what brands and models to look at or avoid? FWIW we already have a pretty good Miller plasma cutter that's designed to be compatible with a table setup.
Not personally myself, but a friend who builds Jeep TJ bumpers on the side(like.. 300+ per year) uses a TorchMate setup. He's had no issues aside from getting to learn it initially.
