Back in 2019, we reported on a Cobra unlike any other: Known as Miss Daisy, it was a prototype for a car meant to succeed the Ford GT, featuring more than 600 horsepower on tap from–get this–a 6.4-liter V10.

You can read that story over on Classic Motorsports, but we bring this up because this Shelby Cobra concept is going to be available for purchase soon, as it’s set to be auctioned off at Mecum’s upcoming Monterey Sale later this August.

Check out the listing here, and let us know what you think it’ll end up selling for.

It's perfect in every way except for the headlight shape. Shame it never made it to production.

Wow... I'd forgotten about that car.  The fact it's actually titled and road legal should make the selling price fairly high.  If I had to make a guess: $2M?  I wonder if it'll meet reserve.

Looks so sad to be such a great car

Mpg be damned. Those round headlights needed to be more proud and less angled.
