Originally a 1.6TD, now a 1.9TD. Methanol injection system, 20+ psi (overboost protection is right foot), no intercooler. Manual transmission, manual windows, no power steering, and a/c broke as last step of engine swap. Lifted, harder springs front and rear and bigger tires on stock wheels. Survived teaching kids to drive a manual transmission so far. 45 mpg, has been on fire a few times. Definately needs re-wired, intermittent everything. Will upgrade brakes and shifter next time it breaks.
