1992 Nissan 240SX hatchback

Started prepping it for STS. When I got it, it had a foam-type air filter, 4-1 header, HKS Hi-Power exhaust, no torque. I added a Suspension Techniques swaybar from a junkyard. Further modified by an elk. Now has Injen intake, underdrive crank pully, 4-2-1 header (torque not as bad as before, not as good as the stock ‘96 I had…or the Datsun, for that matter.) Speedometer is way off, for no apparent reason. Tells me I’m going 78mph when GPS says 70.

I went to a local muffler shop, and had them make me an exhaust. I immediately noticed an improvement in torque over the HKS exhaust. I don't think the Hi-Power exhaust was made to go on a car with a header, but I don't have anything against HKS. In fact, I bought a set of HKS Hipermax III coilovers. Traction is much improved. Ride went to heck in a handbasket. Yes, I adjusted the damping. It rides as well as it's going to, and will not pass the "girlfriend test".
