Even at 175,000 miles it is going strong.  Having grown up driving the '60 versions of the classic roadster, I understand how good these are.

 

As a twist of fait we were at Laguna Seca having a family gathering when Mazda was having the first Miata event.  The Smurf Blue cars were thick on the ground.
