Long Road Racing brought a modified MX-5 to our Tire Rack Ultimate Track Car Challenge. They took a car being prepared for the Battery Tender Global MX-5 Cup presented by BFGoodrich Tires off the line and added a sequential gearbox and a few other goodies. Their lap time? 2:07.856. That’s an extremely good time for an MX-5 at Virginia International Raceway. Ride with Mazda factory driver Tom Long around VIR.

It's a Sadev sequential transmission.
