The Mitjet EXR LV02 kind of looks like a scaled-down DTM machine, yet it only weighs 1800 pounds. The 230-horsepower Renault engine offers enough oomph to propel the one pictured here to ninth overall at NASA’s recent 25 Hours of Thunderhill.
EXR Racing Series, the group behind these spec, turnkey race cars, offers a menu of driving options, from 15-minute test sessions to full arrive-and-drive race programs. New and used cars are also available for purchase, with pre-owned cars starting below the $50,000 mark according to the EXR website.
