1992 Lotus Elan m100

19

1993 Elan, turbo, manual, soft top, fun. My autobahnstorming runabout here in Europe. Pulled it out of storage in England and then proceeded to drive it across three countries home. Mostly stock. Of course I’ve got a few plans for it, but nothing major. More driver than project.

I have always loved these FWD Elans. I was so hoping Kia might have brought them back to the US, but no such luck!

Jay, I had one stateside same as your but in pacific blue a really undervalued car and what a hoot to drive plus you could fit two sets of golf clubs in her! I miss her lots gonna have to get my self another one some time in the future. Any way good luck with yours and keep on motoring! Colin Yes I was named after that Colin! (chapman who else!)

Ah, the Lotus accused by many of handling as if "on rails", an impressive feat for being FWD. Very nice!

Hi Jay, (cool name, BTW)... I have an Elan M100 and was wondering if you remember where you got your roll bar and appearance pack, it looks great. I'm in the UK and you said it was a shop in the UK. Would love to track my Elan but not risking the pancake-effect without roll bars! :-/ Cheers, Jay.
