Pretty nice steering wheel, traditional Formuling France styling, made in France. Comes with metal black krinkle-finish mount with six holes at the base. Needs adapter for your application. Should be easy with the correct kit and a little fussing.
I have the adapter to fit a Volkswagen for it if you prefer. Comes with new Abarth horn emblem but I also have the two other crests shown below you'd like to choose one better suited to your needs.
These little crests are available for every car out there and sold as gear shift knob emblems all over the place.
