I have a 2.5 car garage packed with about every hand tool necessary, copious amounts of power tools, TIG and MIG welder, plasma cutter, compressor, a couple jacks, a small farm of jack stands, well stocked beer fridge, plenty of coffee and two 3D printers.

Storage unit full of extra LS parts and more tools is about 6 miles north of me on the other side of I94. There's a couple speed shops a mile down the road that are a good source for more exotic or specialty parts in a pinch.

Moved across town. I'm about 10 minutes south of I-94 and 10 minutes north of I-43.

Tool list is about the same besides the 3D printer count which is up to 6 now.  There's a hide-a-bed couch and air mattress in the spare bedroom.

I move too much. Now in South Central WI, 3 miles west of I90/39. Two trucks capable of towing, big 3 car garage and lots of tools.

Longmont, CO 80501, north of Denver and 10 miles west of I-25. Right near Longmont Airport KLMO at 40.16482,-105.16144

Driveway, possible garage space, nice guest room. (Two cats, so not dog-friendly.)
Basic tools, jacks, no air tools, no lift. Know some good local car folks.
Mostly sympathy, coffee, beer, and a place to figure out what to do next if things haven't gone well.

Will post misdemeanor bail. May post felony bail depending on the quality of the telling of the misadventure!
