I have an '82 Kawasaki KZ750 Spectre. I can't tell if it is leaking down through the harness itself or if it is leaking past the fasteners. I tried Permatex Motoseal.. I put a healthy bead such that the fasteners would thread through it to try to use it as a thread sealant + a barrier between washer and mounting surface. I also put a bead around the head of the fasteners so that is would ooze out around the washer. No such luck on sealing. I'm not sure it'll come back apart either.
Any ideas?
